Ibis Systems Limited, and its predecessor company Custima (Kenya) Limited, have been registered and incorporated in Kenya since 1995. The company is locally owned and is based in Nairobi.

Ibis Systems Limited has substantial billing, revenue systems and software development expertise, and has developed a reputation as one of the leading revenue management and customer service system suppliers within the region.

Based on the company’s experience in revenue management, billing and customer service systems, the decision was taken in 1999 to develop in-house, modular products specifically for the East African market.

Dedicated Employees

Ibis Systems Limited has a team of dedicated development staffs who undertake system development work and technical implementation.
